My sister got bit by a spider a month ago, went to the doctor for antibiotics, was not healing, any advice?

As stated above, my sister went to the doctor, she received antibiotics and cleansing creme with the instructions to come back if not healed in a few weeks. They can celled her appointment, yesterday, she looked at it and squeezed it, she states alot of like fish eggs came out, did not smell. Then today, she stated she squeezed it again, and the same thing happened. There was a lump there, and that is gone, could this be an infection caused from the spider bite

this was not the result of a spider.
most likely this is some form of a staph infection or MRSA.
your sister should follow the doctors advise regarding the treatment
of this injury. the worst thing she can do is to squeeze or
scratch this. it will prolong the healing process.
any abscess should be drained by the doctor or qualified nurse.
