Can i exfoliate everyday with Neutrogena Gentle Daily Scrub?

I have a combination skin type (normal to oily) and i live in a humid climate where i constantly sweat and my pores are open. I dont have acne but i have blackheads and a lil bit of whiteheads.

Don’t do it. When you expoliate you remove the cells on the top layer. You’ll need to allow more new skin cells to reproduce. My sister was expoliating on a daily basis and her face did not loook good! The craters of the pimples she had were not healing because she kept on expoliating.
