Green Tea For Skin Care

Green tea is a common tea that many people drink. Many people enjoy drinking coffee but personally I love tea. Not only does it taste great but it has other great uses as well. Mainly reusing the teabag for skin care.

For those new to greentea, try the following. A more complete step by step how to guide is at the bottom of this article.

Fill a large bowl with cold water
Get a greentea teabag and soak it in the water
Wash your face with the water

Now if you wash your face regularly with the steps above, this method helps to maintain smooth and beautiful skin due to it functioning as a suppressant for the production of excessive sebum secretion, which is a cause for acne.
