Oil skin??

Ok 2day i was having a tidy out and found a No7 Oil free toner and its full and i cant wait to use it as my skin it getting oily and greasy these days. I use tea tree oil cleanser and toner to take my make up off my face and normal fragrance free wipes to take my eye make up off. I basically want to know if you can buy a face creme moisturiser thats greas/oil free as this is what makes it shine and oily before bed, I use boots own cold creme everynight for about 2 years now. I thought maybe vasaline as i use this on my body and it never leaves gresy or shine?

don’t use vaseline on your face! it’ll make it even oilier. here’s what i have been doing to deal with white heads caused by oily skin on my t-zone (I have combination skin).
first, don’t overdo your skin routine because the more you wash it and the more stuff you put on it, the more you clog it and make it overproduce oil. here is what i would suggest you do at night.

1. get an exfoliation mitt instead of a facial wash. when you have taken make up off (wipes are fine, just make sure you get it all off), use the mitt to clean dead skin cells away. you just need to wash with water when using the mitt. a roughish facecloth will do. don’t scrub at your face, rub in circular motions for a couple of minutes
2. get an oil-free moisturiser. i recommend loreal purezone because it contains salicylic acid and penetrates the pores. usually i don’t believe claims about active ingredients and stuff, but i have found this one very effective. you only need to use a small amount. if your cheeks don’t get dry you don’t need to put any extra on them, just wipe what’s left on your hands after moisturising your t-zone onto your cheeks and that will be plenty.
3. before you go asleep and after the moisturiser has had time to sink in, get oil absorbing sheets (i found some cheap refills at tesco). they are just small rectangular sheets of paper that you pad at your face with. I wipe them them firmly across my forehead, chin, and nose (go into the crevices!). you will need to use one or two.

in the morning just put your make up straight on unless your skin is a bit dry when you can add a tiny bit of the loreal purezone before you apply make up.
the most important thing is to lessen the amount of product you use on your skin. anything like vaseline or acqueous cream is a strong emollient and will make your facial skin more oily so is best to use on your body only.
