How do you cancel your order of ProActiv?

For about 2 years now I have been getting packages from ProActiv, but I don’t want them anymore. Is there a way I can cancel my subscription online or do I have to call them? Also, I have a lot of extra boxes of ProActiv that have never been touched or opened, is there a refund or return policy. If so, how do I do that? Thanks so much!

call the customer service number on your your invoice. the invoice is the envelope that comes on the front of your package. That also has your account number which you will need. They will walk you through the process. Its easy. Takes less than 5 minutes. You have to call though. You cannot do it via internet.
