I bought on of these, but the instructions are crap.

use the convex side, and slide it over the black head with soem pressure, line it up so u will side the tool over the black head, and if it works propperly the black head will pop into the hole in the tool

also wash your face with hot water first, then dry your face (hot water or steam opens the pores)
