Tender skin?

Recently, all of my skin feels like it’s bruised.
I haven’t been working out, or injured, it just feels tender to the touch. And it’s not limited to one part of my body, it’s all over.
Does anyone know what it could be?

This sounds like fibromyalgia. You can definitely find a lot more about this online but I don’t feel comfortable attempting to explain it as I am not an expert in the field.
