Okay so I just recently went to Florida like 2 days ago. I went to Disney World and the beach as well. Well, it was pretty hot down there. When I came back everyone started to tell me how dark I had gotten. I looked in the mirror and noticed that i had gotten shade darker. I love my original skin color. Will my original skin color come back or do I have to do anything to get it back. HELP! Kind of feel like a different person here!

I am running for vice president of my school’s French Club and I need activity ideas for the club. Any ideas?

How about something like experience France day and have many different items that can be from France….have some French food made up to serve….also have pictures of famous French sites.
Also plan on some outings to plays, opera, movies, museums all having to do with France.
Just for fun, you could decide on a club name and get T-shirts made.

White Skin?

My friend has fairly white skin but on her legs it looks super white! She has tried tanning(naturally), and a bunch of products but NONE of them work! Any suggestions?
i mean she has normal colored skin but on her legs its white compared to her arms and she wants it darker

First of all, as an extremely fair skinned person, there’s nothing wrong with it! However, if she wants skin that looks a little more summery, there are 2 good options:

1. Use a gradual tanning moisturizer. Jergens and Aveeno both make nice ones. She can use as little or as much as she wants and it will leave her soft.

2. Getting a spray on tan. Most tanning salons offer them.

Since she is already fair-skinned and thus more prone to skin damage and (when she is older) skin cancer, she should avoid tanning — in tanning beds or out in the sun. She could also try a regular self-tanner, but in my experience, it’s hard to get them looking natural/non-streaky on very light skin. The gradual moisturizer tanners like I mentioned are quite a bit easier to control and look more natural. They’re also inexpensive — $4 or $5 for a big bottle.

What daily facial cleanser should I get?

Ive been using clean and clear acne cleansers but theyre not really doing anything… I have naturally pale skin and I break out kind of easily and I get acne bad, I need something not too harsh but effective. I’m so frustrated. I’ve been thinking about getting Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser. Would you recommend this for me or should I get something else?
I also have naturally dry skin.

Cetaphil is what a huge round of dermatologists and I would recommend….as a moisturizer. I honestly find the CeraVe moisturizing cleanser to work better for dry skin. If you are looking for something not as expensive, though, Cetaphil cleansers work well. Some advice I got from a dermatologist for dry skin is to put the Cetaphil cleanser on your face, don’t wash it off and pat it with a towel, so the moisturizers in the cleanser are working on your face all day. It is a very nutrient-rich cleanser and I have found this piece of advice to work for my dry skin.
