i posted a question las week about pelvic toner/duo balls….?

just wanted a bit more info on these because last weeks reply were not very specific, i was told to wear them a few hours a day, but is the like 1-2 hours a day of more like 5-6? do they definatnly work or am i wasting my time, how long until i can feel the difference myself? if you dont know what pelvic toner balls are, dont answer, and dont leave a reply saying i am wasting your time, if you dont want to waste your time, then dont answer!

I’ve never used them as I do the exercises myself and have noticed the difference in the strength of my muscles and so has my partner. He says I’ve got a very good grip
