Why are my Murad products turning my face red?

Ever since I started using Murad.. about a 3 days ago, my face has been red, redder than any other part of my body. Its clearing my skin up and it doesn’t itch but my face is red! Whats up with this and how do I fix it?
I use the moisturizer, exfoliating gel and spot treatment. The moisturizer is pomegranate. It makes myskin so smooth!
