Nubian Goat Milk vs. Alpine Goat Milk?

Can anyone tell me what the pros and cons of Nubian Goat milk versus Alpine Goat milk are? I am looking at buying new goats for my dairy herd, and I am not sure which type would be better for me.

The Nubian will have creamier milk. The alpine will produce more milk. When I used to have a herd of dairy goats we used both as well as Saanens.

Personally, my favorite milk goat is the Nubian so I have to put a vote in for them. Good luck with your herd!
