6 months is ok to start things like gerber fruit and veggie puffs, they dissolve in the babies mouth….my sister gives these to her son and hes 7 months…but has been given them since 51/2 months………i would wait for cheerios they are a bit crunchy till he gets some teeth…..look in the baby aisle in your store for the puffs…

You need to bathe during your cycle to stay fresh smelling. I find a shower to be more comfortable. I also shower with tampons in so I don’t get blood on my towels or loofa. Try that. If you don’t use tampons, you may get blood on the sponge but it’ll wash out. I find baths very uncomfortable during my period.

Adult acne?

Does anyone know or have any home remedies for adult acne? My friend has tried everything from over the counter facial cleaners and so forth to actually seeing a dermatologist. She has been on actutane and it did nothing for her. I am wondering if there is any types of food she can eat (other then vitamin A) foods that will help clear her skin or any other concuctions that can help. Also does anyone know of the levulan procedures? how well do they work and are they worth paying 800 dollars per treatment?

I was using the Mary Kay product and it was great. Pricey though. Does anyone use anything at home that is really good?

It is as close as you can get to the real thing and if you go to a dermatologist you are luck to pay $75 for one visit so i am not sure what you are comparing it to find it pricey. I was amazed at the price for the number of usages you get you can certainly shop around and compare but make sure you are comparing the same quality for price. I researched when it first came out and the closest thing I think was Estee for $95
