I have a black light heat lamp for my leopard gecko, should I leave it on at night?

Our house gets a little chilly at night and I don’t want his tank to get too cold, will the black light disturb him at night? Or can I leave it on? I also have an under tank heat mat, but it doesn’t heat up the tank very much, is that normal?Will the mat be enough at night?

PLease do NOT buy a heat rock for your leo They cause so many burns and such with them not being hooked properly up to thermostats.

If you heat mat isn’t getting the optimum temps in your viv, try upgrading it to a higher wattage mat which will create more heat within the tank but be sure to ALWAYS use a thermostat for any heating equipment you use – this will prevent burns and overheating.

Do you have a digital thermometer in the tank to ensure the hot and cool end temps are okay? If not, invest in one as it will be a godsend for you.

Also, you would not need to use botht he heat light and the heat mat – this is too much of a heat output for you leo – stick with one or the other

I’ve always pretty good skin untill this year all of a sudden it just started to get kind oily. It’s only around my nose area but I hate it!!
I’ve tried some face washes but they don’t last through out the day. Does any body know something I can do that works to fiz this problem?

ive been struggling with acne for a while and ive tried quite a few things…clinique ance, clean and clear etc. Nothing seems to be working for me, so im pretty sure im going to try some exspensive mumbo jumbo.
