Micro-dermabrasion?

I am 25 years old and was wondering about micro-dermabrasion. I had acne when I was a teenager but luckily it didn’t leave really bad scarring. However, there are a few spots on my cheeks that bother me. I don’t know if others can really even notice it but I do because I look at myself closely everyday. I also tend to have a blotchy skin tone. In the summer when I tan my face looks even but in the winter it looks splotchy….

You don’t have to go to a dermatologist. Look for someone who is licensed to preform it. I had it done once (I won a certificate) and she did my whole face and neck and it would have cost about $100. You do have to go multiple times, though, to see dramatic effects but it should help with scars and blotches. Try contacting beauty salons as a few in my area advertise micro-dermabrasion. Also try a spa or a place that specializes in facials as they probably have someone there. If you go to a dermatologist, though, part of it may be covered by insurance. Check with your insurance provider. Good luck!

Can i use Meladerm Skin Lightener for dark brown spots over my cheek? Does that work?

I have pigmentation problem and some web sources show “Meladerm Skin Lightener” as best creme to apply. Did anyone use this and saw results? Does this work on Dry Skin?

Products have different results on individuals. It will depend on your unique skin sensitivity to the product. If it worked for someone, it doesn’t mean it will work for you too.

If your skin is dry, yes it’s ok to put a skin lightening cream. Use sunscreen and your favorite moisturizer too for a radiant and even skin tone.
