How To Get Rid of Blackheads

White Skin?

My friend has fairly white skin but on her legs it looks super white! She has tried tanning(naturally), and a bunch of products but NONE of them work! Any suggestions?
i mean she has normal colored skin but on her legs its white compared to her arms and she wants it darker

First of all, as an extremely fair skinned person, there’s nothing wrong with it! However, if she wants skin that looks a little more summery, there are 2 good options:

1. Use a gradual tanning moisturizer. Jergens and Aveeno both make nice ones. She can use as little or as much as she wants and it will leave her soft.

2. Getting a spray on tan. Most tanning salons offer them.

Since she is already fair-skinned and thus more prone to skin damage and (when she is older) skin cancer, she should avoid tanning — in tanning beds or out in the sun. She could also try a regular self-tanner, but in my experience, it’s hard to get them looking natural/non-streaky on very light skin. The gradual moisturizer tanners like I mentioned are quite a bit easier to control and look more natural. They’re also inexpensive — $4 or $5 for a big bottle.
